| The crude oil storage tank mechanical cleaning process is to use a 3D rotary cleaning machine to clean the high temperature and high pressure cleaning medium jet through spraying, stirring, dissolving and other physical methods to change the poor fluidity of the oil sludge in the oil storage tank into a good flow of crude oil, through suction and filtration from the crude oil storage tank, and then transported to other sister oil tanks, so as to achieve the recovery and cleaning of the oil sludge in the oil tank. Then the oil storage tank is re-cleaned with high pressure and high temperature hot water or diesel oil, so that the remaining oil mud at the bottom and wall of the tank is shed and rinsed out, and the pure crude oil is transported to other sister oil tanks through the oil-water separation equipment, and the filtered oil-free sewage continues to reuse and rinsing the remaining residual oil in the oil storage tank. |
