Information Management System of Automated Storage is a new software product developed on the basis of modern computer information management theory and modern control theory. It is independent to Automated Storage while a subsystem to a
MIS. It is not the same as inventory management system for it not only manage information stream, but also manage and control logistics.
The main function of Information Management System of Automated Storage is to distribute, login and control storing and retrieving goods. Moreover, it can calculate and analyses data, which is helpful for people to make decision, macro-control manufacture, and find out problems as early as possible. By using it, inventory can be reduced to a minimum degree and capital turnover can be quickened.
