In order to remove the residue in the oil tanker and train oil tank, our company designed and developed this cleaning system, which can clean train oil tank with high quality. The cleaning system adopts the recycling and repeated method in cleaning the residue in different transporting tanks. The motor is explosion-proof motor. The cleaning system is driven by pneumatic and hydraulic power alternatively, which ensures the safety of the system. The entire operation process need no workers to enter the tanks，which protects the workers from being injured to the largest extent.
The system can clean 30 to 40 railway tankers for single loading oil (capacity: 60 metric ton) and the automobile vehicle oil tanks which are of the same capacity of the automobile. This system can be fixed on the workstation in the factory to do the flow production cleaning work, also it can be transported to the spot of the large oil tank and do the cleaning work. Under this circumstance, it is allowed to add three-D spraying gun to do the cleaning.
